Got questions?

What do I need to create a video?

A picture of your mascot and a short video of yourself — up to 15 seconds, filmed waist up with your phone. Videos are created in the Mascoto mobile app.

Can I use my own mascot?

Yes. Use a mascot you own or have permission to use. One clear, forward-facing character works best.

Will it keep my voice?

Yes. The final video uses the original sound of your recording. Only the picture changes.

Is the transformation live?

No. You record first, then we create your video. Our team checks each clip, and you approve a draft before the final video is made. Results vary, and not every frame will be perfect.

Is Mascoto available on iOS?

Not yet. Mascoto is coming to Android first, and iOS will come later. Join the waitlist to hear when it launches.

How is my footage handled?

Your clip and mascot picture are processed in the cloud by Mascoto and our processing partners to create your video. You confirm you have the rights before uploading, and you can delete a project or your whole account from the app at any time.
